On September 20/17, the two Trevor's and Ron came out and dug out the concrete pad and dug 2 1/2 feet down to apply a double membrane into the area where water had been leaking into my basement/furnace room. Why, you may ask, am I submitting my recommendation now on March 23/18? Well, I wanted to assure anyone who uses their services to have the added confidence in knowing that after the Spring thaw following such a harsh Winter my basement/furnace room are completely dry. This is the second time I have had The Crack Specialists come out and help me with water leakage issues, although this was the largest and most extensive project they have done. I am so pleased with the attention to detail, getting the work done right the first time and for cleaning up after themselves. I only wish I could clone these fellows as this type of excellence in service is a rarity and being a relatively new home-owner, I just have so many projects that need attention. Hats off to a great group of people at The Crack Specialists.

Marvellous attitude, great work ethic and an outstanding job. Wes and Joel were fantastic and it has to be a first, they cleaned up after themselves and left my property in better condition than when they arrived. I recently moved from Toronto where I enjoyed a Metalex door for a number of years and was determined to have another installed in my new home. In addition to having a "fancy" Metalex front door, I have purchased 3 Safe-T Screen doors. Living in an isolated rural area, I am secure from both the four-legged critters - they can't get in or do damage to these marvellously made Safe-T screen doors - and from any two legged critters who have mistakenly found my front door. It has been a pleasure to work with the Metalex associates in having my safety needs met. I highly recommend them and their products.
