Metalex Security Products

Two Security Screen Doors in our house were installed by Metalex Security Products about 15 years ago. We are very happy to have them as number of our neighbors/friends got break-ins. Recently, lock on the front door failed. We called Metalex contact number and visit was arranged for the next day. Tom came, identified and resolved the issue by replacing broken part of the lock. He did not charge for this visit. He explained that he stands behind his products and his work. We are highly satisfied with product and service. Thanks a lot !

Superb and first class products and excellent customer service! We love our window guards and our recent security doors from METALEX (our neighbors kept giving us compliments). The materials are all of high quality. I will highly recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

Recently had an attempted break-in however they could not get through the doors. Had it not been for these doors who knows what the outcome would have been before the police arrived. Very thankful for the doors

Placed an order for safe-t screen door on May 12. Can't seem to get the truth about when to expect my door. Salesman doesn't respond to inquiries. Comment from "Harold" August 11 door was ready to be shipped. Haven't heard from them since. No attempt by Metalex to reach out to us with honest answers. We've messaged them a couple of times to say give us our money back. They were quick to take the deposit ... not so quick on customer service.

The complete project from the initial call, to the visit for sizing and eventually the replacement was faster than I have previously experienced. The quality of work was excellent and the team didn’t interfere with normal flow of guests

Installation service by Joe was professionally done but unfortunately in 2 separate visits instead of one visit.

We had a similar product in our previous home and were delighted to find Metalex carried something very similar. Love the front screen/security door as well as 2 patio sliding doors. Will be great in warmer weather to get a cross breeze of fresh air without worrying about security issues esp at night.

Install was quick and professional. Not cheap but well worth the expense
