I had contacted another furnace company to do a tune up on my furnace. They said I had a cracked heat exchanger and that I needed a new furnace that they quoted $6800 to replace. After calling Carrier and finding out I had some warranty on the exchanger I called Trent. He came and took my furnace apart to check it out. He could have claimed my exchanger was cracked and either charged me to replace it or quoted me to change the furnace. Instead he showed me the inside of my furnace and explained that he di not find any cracks, fractures or anything that warranted a new furnace. He completed the tune up, replaced one small part and left after giving me a detailed inspection report. Quite impressed with his attitude and professionalism. I have added him t omy contacts and he will be the only one I call next time.

I called Chad at 7:00 pm Sunday night, Feb 17 2021 as my door broke and we couldn't get it closed. He sent his guys (Rick and Riley), out to help. They got the door closed and told me that it was time for a new door as the old door was all water logged, the rails were all bent up, etc. they gave me a quote and I accepted it. They said they would be back around 11:00 the next day. They were there at 10:30 and replaced the door and installed windows in it. Wow what a difference some light makes inside the garage. The installers were friendly, trustworthy and seemed to have done a great job. They came back the next day to double check everything. I guess time will tell on the installation. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Tom came to fix the torsion spring on my garage door. He called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the situation and replaced the springs. He ran into a glitch that took him longer to fix than it should have. He did not try to charge any extra for it. Very professional attitude.

I received nine quotes to have my shingles replaced. There were three quotes lower than Reid's but only by $50-$150 lower for a $7800.00 + GST roof. Reid's however was the only Owens Corning preferred installer which means that the Warranty I received was a 50 year non pro rated warranty. Having a non preferred installer, installer do the reroof meant that the warranty was cut considerably. Reid's included all of the extras in the quote, steel valleys new vents and turbo vents, drip trays, etc. Although I told them that I was in no rush they scheduled me in within a few weeks. Due to the rain they did not make it on the day that was set but Calvin (owner) kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening. The crew arrived on a hot Thursday morning and worked like crazy for several hours and completed half of the job. They were all very professional and experienced as they all knew what they were doing. When they were done for the day they packed up and left. No garbage or anything was left behind, very clean. I had bought a cooler full of pop and water and had it on ice for them but they did not touch it until day 2. They just worked. When we arrived home after the job was complete. the roof looked great, and again the yard was left spotless. Then a few days later Calvin shows up to inspect the final job which was unexpected but appreciated. I would highly recommend Reid's for your roofing project. Considering the additional warranty you get with the certified installer they were by far the best price and value out of the nine quotes. They are also certified installers for GAF and Malarkey but I wanted to go with the OC Durations after reading numerous reviews.

I ordered the windows and doors in April /May as we saw these guys at the home show and they seemed to be knowledgeable with great service. Wrong! They deceived me over and over about where my door was, kept saying they were sending it in for paint or it was there then at the end they finally said they didn't know where it was at, and would rush the door. It was finally ready and installed in Oct. after a few scheduling problems. We had set a date twice then no one showed then they tried to say I got the dates wrong. It all turned out OK but very frustrating and time consuming as I had trouble contacting them on several occasions and had to go to the office to get action.
