Timeto Garage Doors

Took 50% deposit, was making excuse in the first few days, now he is not picking up our calls. Horrible person, Horrible business. Do not trust this guy.

He took my deposit in October and has ever had every other excuse in a book. Why he couldnt make it there promise me a couple days he would be there was gonna be late one day never showed up. Havent heard from him since will not answer calls just hope nobody else gets caught by this. This is why Im posting. It even promised to send me an E transfer but nothing.

Been waiting on replacement panel for almost a year . Many promises of dates , yet always an excuse as to why its not ready , or paint didnt take to being to sick to install and then Covid .

I used this company 4 years ago in a prior home and the service was amazing - hence why I decided to purchase a new garage door through them .

Tired of waiting , tired of the excuses .

Posting a negative review was that last thing I wanted to do - however I dont want someone else to experience the same situation as we have .

Non-performance of contract, door is just shy of 3 months past the supposed installation date. No service provided, no door provided and no refund given

Tom installed my door 2 years ago, very professional and excellent work.
Had an issue (June 6, 2021) with the door not closing. Called Tom and was very happy that he was able to conduct a service call on a Sunday evening. Got my door working again like new. Again, very professional and highly recommended.

Tom was at my door within an hour of contacting him. He had all the parts required to fix my garage door and the pricing was very reasonable. The door was fixed and works better than it did before it broke down. Friendly service and came with a warranty. Would recommend to friends/family. Thanks Tom!

I had Timeto to replace my old garage door opener when it broken down in the week of -30C weather. Timeto arrived on time and got the work done during this extreme temperature condition. I will definite go back to Timeo for future work.

Tom came to fix the torsion spring on my garage door. He called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the situation and replaced the springs. He ran into a glitch that took him longer to fix than it should have. He did not try to charge any extra for it. Very professional attitude.

Our 20+ yr old garage door opener died two days ago and after scheduling an appnt for two weeks from now with another company, we tried Homestars and found Timeto Garage Doors. The reviews and ratings are right on the money! Tom was able to provide us same-day service, quick diagnosis of the issues and installed a new opener along with other parts that needed replacing. He was clean, professional and very friendly. Tom explained everything he needed to do and we are extremely happy with his work. We'll be calling him shortly to come back to replace our garage door weather stripping.
