Great customer service at this store. We weren't even sure what we wanted for our newly-renovated basement, and they were helpful in pointing things out. I would go back here in a heartbeat, and have already recommended them to a friend who is doing home renovations. I wish all stores were this helpful and professional!
I recently bought a sofa table here, after looking throughout the GTA at other similar stores. The prices were quite reasonable and the quality seemed good compared to lots of places that I had looked. I also really appreciated the customer service here - they answered all of my questions with patience, but weren't overbearing. I will return here in the future - even though it's a bit of a drive from home for me.
Wonderful, Wonderful, wonderful! I went in for a few 'linens', and came out with tons of 'things'! The selection and quality of products is awesome! Lovely merchandise, and excellent service. I will be going back often!
Redecorating my living room was fun and easy with Sears Home. Great merchandise and great service! I bought the most beautiful furniture there, and the delivery went smoothly (right on time, and friendly delivery men). The only thing that was tricky was negotiating the right price (but they were willing to talk). If you're re-decorating, give this place a try!
The Brick has always been a good place to get a piece of furniture at a reasonable price. What will drive people away (and the reason I'll be hesitant to go back) are their pushy sales people - be prepared to be followed around by at least 1 (and maybe more) salesperson until you walk out the door!
As a female, I'm always a little apprehensive about asking for help with my home renovations... I never know quite what to expect. My recent experience with Home Depot put me entirely at ease in getting through my project. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, thoughtfully, and with kindness.
