Mattress and Box Spring

The service I received was excellent and the clerk helping me was great at explaining everything and answering my questions. I would definitely refer the Brick to my family and friends. The prices were great.

I bought a sofa with 2 matching chairs and a big ottoman matching. At delivery the one chair was so bad upholstered that I refused to take it. It said NO, you have to wait until somebody picks it up. The legs hat to be attached and fall off right away. After an other day of pickup the other chair was what seamed OK, but later the upholstery at the armrest was worn down, that my arms rested on the wood only with fabric on top.. I had a bad brawl with the Manager ( worst person ever) when she wasn't there I talked to an other manager and asked him : if I take an other Chair--- more expensive would you take the other chair back? Yes, so I waited till delivery. I am 82 years old what they new! and when i got the chair, it was delivered to be build together by me!!!! So---- now I am sitting there with 2 ottomans and a sofa, which doesn't match.
I will never go back and have an experience so terrible again The minute they have your money--- you are garbage tro them . PFUI

Defected products

I get love seat from them and after less than 3 months ,we find that its a defected products
and they refuse to exchange or refund ..the offer only fixing ...I'm not paying new stuff to fix it in less than 3 months...

Worst Experience

Absolute worst experience. They send lazy drivers and installers that don't do the job. Big disappointment after paying for a service that they don't provide. Wouldn't take the delivery inside the house and wouldn't remove the old one as planned. Use your money elsewhere

Terrible customer service

I purchased a GE Cafe refrigerator based on the dimensions provided on the website and in the store. It had to fit inside a space in my new kitchen. The brick failed to tell me that the fridge dimensions would be bigger once you open the doors so needless to say it did not fit, or it fit but I could not open the doors. It was their responsibility to tell me that and I would have purchased a smaller fridge. They refused to take responsibility and return the fridge and are forcing me to buy a new one. I spent thousands of dollars purchasing my appliances and they frankly did not care. I have told all my friends and family to stop shopping at the Brick.

Worst expeiernce ever. WILL NOT COME BACK

Absolutely outraged at this abysmal experience with the Brick in Vernon. I have purchased over 10 years from the Brick and now I may never again. My boyfriend and I just paid over a thousand dollars for a king-sized bed, bed frame, box spring, protective sheet and an extra 10 year warranty. Just last Saturday we had our bed delivered to our door, fantastic. Two young delivery drivers came to set up the bed. One of them lifted the matress up and smashed our outside door light to pieces, and said aboslutely nothing to us. After they set up the bed, they asked for our signature without delivering the rest of our purchase. We asked where the frame was and his reply was to look over the order again and say "oh". Shortly after they left, we called the store and told them about the damage to our property. We spoke with a Morgan who said she would call a manager and then call us back. She did not even attempt to call us, let alone call the manager. We called back again and spoke to someone named Alyssa. She stated that Morgan had left a note to call a manager, but did nothing with it. Alyssa DID reach out to a manager, and we were told they were not available on the weekends and would call us back Monday. We did not receive anything. We called on Monday as we heard from no one, to speak to a lady named Jackie. She passed us along to a manager named Tammy who said the Team Leader would call us back by the end of Monday. No one called us, again. We were told someone by the name Tony would be calling us and fixing this atrocity and he has yet to even attempt to call or reach out. Not only did we make a big purchase, we applied for the Brick card with a 12 month equal payment. We also bought the protective sheet that goes over the mattress to extend our warranty for 10 years. After fighting for a week with Tony and the other teams, we were provided a refund on the light fixture we had to go out and replace ourselves. They did NOT cover the cost of travel, the did not fix our experience at all. NEVER AGAIN!

Very Bad quality product, even worst warranty

Bought a Power recliner sofa April 13th. Delivered on April 16th. Electric motor stopped working on May 1st. Applied for warranty, had a visit from a tech on May 15th. They couldn't fix it and had to order spare parts. Called in today and they informed me that the spare part will arrive in July 8th. Best case scenario, if they visit on the same day (which I Highly doubt), then I would've had a malfunctioning sofa for 8+ weeks. Considering that this part malfunctioned in 2 weeks of use, it will definitely go bad again. I want my money back, under the Consumer
Protection Act of Alberta, as I've found that The Brick used an
unfair practice, stating that the warranty wouldn't take this long while we were only shopping for this sofa.

Update July 8th:

Store manager tried to call my wife on June 13th to arrange a visit on the store to find some other couch or sofa to replace ours.

Well, it ends up that we visited your store on June 21st, as we were out of town for a couple of days. We've sent hours browsing and couldn't find anything that we've liked.

Your in store manager said that he would contact the store manager (I believe yourself?) to try and get a in store credit, and would return to us in 72 hours.

Well, more than TWO WEEKS have passed. NO calls from the manager, plus the date that your technical support supposed to receive the spare part and call us to schedule a visit expired on July 5th.

I'm very disappointed for the completely disrespectful treatment we've been trough. After all that, I expected nothing else than a refund for all the down time (mine and my wife's), non-functional sofa for several months, stress, etc.

Product

Bought sectional 2 broken springs after 2 years and it was lightly used. First spring broke just after one year warranty was over. No recourse since we didn't buy their overpriced extended warranty. Very poor workmanship.

Worst customer service Ever!

Bought a washer and dryer at the Brick in May-realized right away the washer does not work properly_ 5 cycles don't work (Quick wash, rinse and spin, spin, normal ) Called the brick to get it serviced, service ppl only work 8am to 4 pm through the week -they will not pre book a service call. You have to wait till day of and receive a call in the morning to book service for that day. I am not sure how many vacation days "The brick" thinks you can use for a faulty item they sell you! Never again will I buy from them

Zero customer service

baught a mattress, mattress box and a mattress cover from brick on Friday oct 5th. I didnot wanted to buy the mattress cover but jaspreet(sales associate) said he would give us discount, so I agreed to buy that cover. I had that cover with me and wanted to bring that home the same day, but jaspreet said he would said that cover with the delivery so we agreed.
I got the delivery on Sunday but the mattress cover wasn't the same that jaspreet showed us. I looked at the bill and found that the bill had the cheaper cover listed. 
So what technically happened was I was showed a different mattress cover, but they put a different cover in my bill and delivered that cheaper cover. 
I went to talk to the store manager and he said it was my fault that I did not look at the bill during the purchase. I trusted brick thats why I didn't look at my bill. He said I would have to pay extra to get that cover. They were clearly thinking that I was ...

I am dealing with brick from 2011 and till now I gave around 40, 000 business to the brick at kenaston.The difference in covers was only $10 and to save those $10, brick employees harrassed me. 
It is clear that neither me, nor my friends or family members are going to brick now. All my friends and family members give around $20000 business every year to you guys but not even a single person helped me, they were not polite at all. Their faces were like they wanted to kick us out from the store. Instead of apologizing, they said it was our fault that we didn't look at the bill during the purchase.
Now where is bricks customer service.

Their sales manager said this never happened in last 7 years so this can never happen. Which clearly meant that I was wrong.
I gave the mattress cover back to guys and asked them to keep that. 
Now i don't want any resolution from brick but non of my family members and friends are going to brick now.
