House depot expertly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and was able to repair it quickly, saving me a lot of hassle in the process. He was also able to solve an issue I had with a noisy bathroom fan during the same visit. Amazing work, thanks!

My washing machine was leaking water and so I asked Robert to take a look. After taking the time to carefully figure out the problem, he came back the next day with the proper parts to fix it. He even stayed longer to test out the machine thoroughly to make sure it was running properly. What really impressed me was what happened afterwards. The washer started leaking again, but much much less. I tried a few loads over the course of a couple weeks and finally gave in and asked robert to come back. After looking at it again, he noticed that there was actually two sources of leak, a major one which he fixed and the smaller one which he determined was not repairable. He offered to give me back most of the money for the repair. I refused since at least he made my washer usable for the time being until I get it replaced. Finally we agreed to a smaller amount, for me to "take my family for a nice dinner", as he kindly put it. This experience really left an impression on me. A truly honest and honorable professional with lots of integrity. Highly recommended.

Mark came by to help me repair my leaking hot water tank. He assessed the situation, went and bought the right parts and replaced the valve, saving me from having to replace the whole thing at considerable cost. This isn't the first time mark has come to my family's rescue. Highly recommended.

Saul and his team did a fantastic job installing sod in my back yard. They made sure to keep the shape of the yard and took great care in cleaning up afterward. Their instructions for aftercare and maintenance was also thorough. Will definitely contact Saul again for future projects.

Mark came through again. Had a leaking humidifier that just wouldn't stop pouring water in my furnace room, causing concern with mold and damage to my basement. Mark was so great to come by almost immediately to stop the leak and stabilize the situation, followed up a few days later to fix the problem. As a unexpected bonus he helped me adjust my water heater configuration to improve the venting. Very reliable and honest.

The job entailed manually deweeding and cleaning up a large lot. Their quote was middle of the pack.　 Very pleased with the result. They were on time, polite, explained the process well and were very honest about how they would price various options. They did a great job and we will use them again in the future.

Mark and his team came by to take a look at my older furnace which stopped working the evening before. He was very professional, came within the hour, finished the job quickly. It was a huge relief to me since I have young kids at home and it was freezing in the middle of winter. He actually repaired my furnace about 3 years back and also did an excellent and thorough job. At that time it was a bigger job, and with the age of my furnace I was surprised it lasted that long before needing repairs again, which speaks to the quality of work he did last time. I would not hesitate to continue to reach out to him for help.

Mark and David came by to take a look at changing some switches and checking a light in the basement that wasn't working properly. The job ended up being a lot more complicated than anticipated due to some issues with the house. No complaints from them at all as the hours went by. Mark did a great job helping us change out some outlets and switches. He was thorough and spent the time needed to make sure things were done right. He also helped me check some phone wiring, which not only did he not charge me for but refused extra payment. A minor issue came up shortly after he had left and he had no issues with coming back right away to remedy the situation. All around skilled, honest, and personable electrician and would highly recommend his services.

Kris did an awesome job painting the main floor of my home. He also did some taping/plaster work. His workmanship was excellent, but the thing that impressed me the most was his service-oriented approach to the job. He was willing to work around my schedule to make sure certain parts were done on time for other renovation work I was doing, and was always happy to come back to do touchups where needed. Suffice to say he went above and beyond the scope of the agreed work to make sure we were happy. Working with Kris made the whole process stress-free. Well deserved 10 and all around great guy.

I had a great experience with Value Wood Floors/Universal. On the product side, Peter was very knowledgeable about the different products and what made sense for our needs, and never did I feel pressured or that he was trying to upsell me. Prices were honest and very competitive (and I did a lot of looking around). On the installation side, Andrew is one of the most patient contractors I've ever dealt with. I was a little anxious about the process and had a lot of concerns/questions throughout, but Andrew was always happy to explain why they were doing things a certain way, or how they could do things differently to make me happy. They also threw in some nice finishing touches that fall outside the scope of the work they were contracted to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or call on them again. Great people.

I just bought an older home and had to gut a good part of the main floor in preparation for some renovations. Frank was available on short notice to come by and provide a quote that was quite reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. We decided to proceed with him, and on the scheduled day he and his crew actually showed up early to get started. They were meticulous and diligent in making sure the end result was a space that was fit for renovators/contractors to come in and do their work.
