Mark came through again. Had a leaking humidifier that just wouldn't stop pouring water in my furnace room, causing concern with mold and damage to my basement.
Mark was so great to come by almost immediately to stop the leak and stabilize the situation, followed up a few days later to fix the problem. As a unexpected bonus he helped me adjust my water heater configuration to improve the venting.
Very reliable and honest.
