I contacted Ehab along with 6 other renovation companies when I purchased my new home. He, along with the other companies, came during a showing (before the closing date) and provided me with a quote. I chose Level Q not only because the quote was great, but because I instantly felt I could trust Ehab in my home. They started work the day after I moved in which was amazing. Every one of the tradesmen that came through my home was extremely respectful and genuine good people. I was home throughout the renovation and always felt comfortable with them being there. The were polite, friendly, and understanding. If I ever had questions about anything during the process, they would explain things in detail while made me very confident about the products they used, and how they were installed. Halfway through the basement renovation I asked if they could renovate my upstairs bathroom as well as I was so impressed with the work so far. Ehab and his team were able to renovate both spaces at the same time. Both jobs were competed on time and for the exact cost that I was quoted. The results were more than I had expected and I wouldn't change a thing. I'm so pleased with the results that I have full intentions of having Level Q renovate my kitchen within the next few months. I purchased my house 9 months ago and have been dealing with a lack of hot water ever since. I have had 4 Reliance technicians/trusted advisors look at my tank and give me options. All of which included upgrading my 40 gallon tank to a larger tank or a tankless water heater. Each technician/trusted advisor left stating they would follow-up with me directly, however none did. No call backs, not even notes left on my file. Not to mention the 2 furnace technicians sent to take a look at my tank, and clearly had no idea what they were doing. Finally, after 9 months of refusing my 9 year old a bath (as it would only fill half way before running cold), I called again to have someone come out. The next day, promptly at 8AM as advised, Philip Sirek, a Reliance Trusted Advisor arrived.. He might as well have been wearing a Superman cape! Within minutes of being in my home, he identified that the temperature was turned down on my water tank. 9 months, multiple technicians/advisors, and it came down to simply turning a knob?! Philip encouraged me to test it out for a couple of days, but that if I still felt I needed a bigger tank he would return within 2 days and have it installed. I've since called him back to let him know he fixed the issue and I no longer needed a larger tank. He seemed genuinely happy for me. Philip was polite, punctual, efficient, and appeared to be an overall great guy. As I write this review, my 9 year old is bathing away in a full, hot, bubbly bathtub.
