Good service and decent quality of work but completely out of line with charges. Initial quote was $1500 to install bathroom vent ducting and two window screens. Labor @ $1000 and material @ $500. Upon questioning the quote, the price was reduced to $800/$400 no questions. We asked for material list at the end and this actually totalled less than $150. These guys do honest work but they'll charge you in excess for it and if you're not informed, you'll surely overpay.

Dmitri has been our 'go to' hvac specialist for a number of years now after a competitor of his failed to identify and repair an issue with our home furnace. Since then we've solely Heatmaster Services for help with our rentals and family properties - always leaving us with a warm house. I can't recommend Dmitri enough to anyone needing a knowledgeable and fair experience.

Heat supply into basement restricted, Dmitri from Heatmaster came by to help troubleshoot! It's an older home but heat flow through the entire home is great, furnace is older but still works like a champ. Had issues with heat flow into one of the basement bedrooms, immediately adjacent to the furnace room which didn't make sense. I tried to investigate but was left confused so i called Heatmaster for help. Within 15 minutes Dmitri not only found the problem, he also spent the time to explain and come up with an economic solution for us to diy. We've dealt with many trades (and i do so everyday in my job) and i can without hesitation that Dmitri is top notch. Highly recommended.

I own a number of properties and recently called Dimitri for help with my primary resident furnace. I can't say enough about how helpful, honest and patient he is. It was late on a Friday and a blizzard outside but Dimitri still offered to come from the sw to my place in the nw. He even stayed on the phone to help troubleshoot the issue with me. Furnace started up but recently just had issues. I called Dimitri again and he knew exactly what the issue was. It's fixed now thanks to his advice. Unreal. I've only met a handful of professionals who aren't interested in just earning a living, but professionals that care about their clients and the service they provide. I have not met Dimitri in person but from these two conversations I can say I am very impressed and thankful for good, helpful people. Any future hvac issues with any of my properties and I won't hesitate to call back. Thanks Dimitri!

As a business, there is always a little pressure involved when you receive a call with customer saying: "the other HVAC company couldn't resolve the issue". Bottom line, we are glad to do well by you. Nobody is perfect. But, how a business handles the problem at hand, even if it meant to lose money on that project to do right and keep your customer happy, means everything to us.

A few weeks ago during a cold weekend evening my furnace had issues so I called Knight to send an after hour furnace tech to troubleshoot my furnace. After an hour the tech showed up and 30 minutes later after trying to troubleshoot the issue. The furnace started up on its own, and the tech admitted he had no idea what the issue or the solution was. I reluctantly paid the $250 bill (after hours call plus 1/2hr labor) as nothing was identified as a problem and more importantly nothing was fixed. Furnace again had issues the next day and after some googling i removed and cleaned the fire sensor, cleaned the ignitor rail, blew out and cleaned all of the tubing lines. Took about an hour but the furnace worked great until this morning. Additional troubleshooting and a free conversation with another company led to the real issues which was a failed flame sensor. $25 for the part and 20 minutes later, my furnace appears to be running great. I've cycled it many times tonight without issue. I have no issue paying for help from professional services but the charges from Knight for the after hour service call and labour was ridiculous considering he didn't even figure out what ended up being a simple replacement. Very very disappointed in the service. Take a look at the picture attached.. I'm pretty sure any furnace service tech would have at least checked the flame sensor condition before packing his bag and leaving.
