I own a number of properties and recently called Dimitri for help with my primary resident furnace. I can't say enough about how helpful, honest and patient he is. It was late on a Friday and a blizzard outside but Dimitri still offered to come from the sw to my place in the nw. He even stayed on the phone to help troubleshoot the issue with me. Furnace started up but recently just had issues. I called Dimitri again and he knew exactly what the issue was. It's fixed now thanks to his advice. Unreal. I've only met a handful of professionals who aren't interested in just earning a living, but professionals that care about their clients and the service they provide. I have not met Dimitri in person but from these two conversations I can say I am very impressed and thankful for good, helpful people. Any future hvac issues with any of my properties and I won't hesitate to call back. Thanks Dimitri!

As a business, there is always a little pressure involved when you receive a call with customer saying: "the other HVAC company couldn't resolve the issue". Bottom line, we are glad to do well by you. Nobody is perfect. But, how a business handles the problem at hand, even if it meant to lose money on that project to do right and keep your customer happy, means everything to us.
