We had a leak in the basement, it was coming through a crack in the wall. Mmt Waterproofing gave us an estimate which was fair, and completed the job in a timely manner. I am writing this review about a year later and have not had any problems with the repair. Great job !! Very happy with work. Thank You !!

Wayne came and gave us a quote. We wanted California Shutters for the entire house. 5 Windows, 1 Patio Door , and custom full length bay window. All the windows were custom sizing. Good Product !! Good Service !! Wayne made sure we were happy before the job was done. Thank you Wayne !! Highly Recommended.

The sprocket on my old Chamberlain garage door opener broke. I called Markham Garage and spoke to Chris, he gave me a reasonable price to repair/replace the sprocket. The wife pointed out that the unit is over 15yrs, and to get a quote for a new one. Chris gave me a good price, and recommended the belt drive liftmaster. This was within my budget, so he sent an installer over (same day service). Ryan the installer came promptly, and did a clean install. I am happy I called Markham garage doors, and would recommend them. This problem could have been a huge headache, was solved within a few hours!! Prices are very competitive and fair.

My wife and I read the reviews for Galaxy windows, and decided to call and get an estimate. Dimitri came over and we discussed what would be best for us. He is very knowlegable with his products. We had an estimate from another window company and Dimitri gave us a very good price. Installation was very well done, we are very happy with the windows and install. Dimitri aims to please. He went around to check and make sure everything was done right. His crew cleaned up afterwards too. I already recommended him to my co-worker. We are very satisfied.

Before choosing Spring Home, we started last year getting quotes on just the furnace. We were told that our furnace was running at 60%, and this was a generous assumption. At the Toronto Home Show, we talked to 3 other Heating and Air Con. companies whom also arranged a free estimate. All 3 companies were very knowledgeable with good selling points. We decided to change out the furnace/AC/Water Tank all at once. We were just about to choose one of the three, when our friend called and said they had their furnace done by Spring Home, so we had to get one more quote. We called and arranged an inspection with George. He was very impressive with his answers to our questions, little did he know, we have been doing our research for about a year with manufactures, specs, installation, etc. George is very knowledgeable and informed us of things we didn't know. His crew of installers are certified gas fitters, they would be able to run our bbq gas line. We decided to go with George and his company, because we found him very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all honest. The install was very satisfactory, the crew did everything in 1 day. Furnace/AC/Water Tank/BBQ line/Air Cleaner We would highly recommend Spring Home Heating. At least talk to them before your final decision, that's what we did.

Anil was very professional, prompt responses via email, the crew arrived early and worked hard the entire time. We had hired a 3 man crew to move from 2 pickup points, Anil and crew never got lost to the pickup points, i know of some companies who take their time driving or getting lost to accumulate addition time to add to the cost of the move. came in for duct cleaning , did the job , was informative. left a sticker on my furnace with today day and the next appointment needed. The disinfecting\sanitizing was not extra charge.
