I have all good things to say about Mario and his team at MMT Waterproofing. From our first meeting, Mario was very knowledgeable, straightforward and pleasant. He gave me all the options to fix my leaking basement. I wasn't pressured with any sales pitch, and Mario patiently answered all my questions.
When the job started, his crew was efficient and hard working. Digging 7 foot deep trenches by hand in hot weather could not have been easy. Their clean-up afterwards was great!

After experiencing flood damage from the July 2024 GTA storms, it was difficult to find a contractor to partner with due to the high demand. Several other companies were price gouging at the time. However, Mario came highly recommended to me from a close friend and I was very impressed with his promptness and professionalism quoting my job.

His crew completed foundation waterproofing (down to the footing) and other preventative repairs to ensure my home was water tight. In addition to the quality work, the crew cleaned the work area very well and the prices were very reasonable. All of this with a hard copy warranty.

Have hired Mario on multiple occasions. Always straight forward, hardworking and (especially) effective. Never a trace of moisture where hes worked, even after 10 years.
