After eight years, our home solar system needed some maintenance on the squirrel guards. New Dawn Energy was there the next day to restore the mesh that keeps animals from nesting under our system. They were professional, quick and tidy. Would recommend them highly!

Both our fridge and stove needed attention. The convection feature of the stove had stopped working and the control panel that dispensed ice through the fridge door had failed. Peter of Modern Appliance came when we needed him and quickly diagnosed both problems. Even though he was sent the wrong part for the fridge, he returned it, negotiated to get the right part from his supplier and returned to our place to install the correct part without an additional service call. He's a good guy!

Besides coming when they said they would, doing an excellent job and cleaning up any mess, Mario returned without prompting in the spring to re-lay our interlocking brick that he needed to pull up. I would recommend him again without hesitation.

Mario & the boys from MMT Waterproofing did a great job. We had water coming into the basement through a crack in the poured foundation. To get at the crack, they needed to open up our deck first, then dig down and do the job. The best part was that Mario called back the day after our first significant rainfall to check that the basement was still dry.
