The sprocket on my old Chamberlain garage door opener broke. I called Markham Garage and spoke to Chris, he gave me a reasonable price to repair/replace the sprocket. The wife pointed out that the unit is over 15yrs, and to get a quote for a new one. Chris gave me a good price, and recommended the belt drive liftmaster. This was within my budget, so he sent an installer over (same day service).
Ryan the installer came promptly, and did a clean install.
I am happy I called Markham garage doors, and would recommend them. This problem could have been a huge headache, was solved within a few hours!!
