I BELIEVE IT WAS 1997 WHEN MY OLD FURNACE FINALLY BROKE DOWN. IT WAS VERY COLD THAT NIGHT (FEBRUARY OR MARCH). I CALLED DIRECT ENERGY AND THEY HAD A NEW FURNACE INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. DIRECT ENERGY FINANCED THE FURNACE FOR ME AND EVEN TOOK MY OLD ONE AWAY. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU GUYS EVER SINCE. JUST LAST MONTH I HAD A NEW RENTAL HOT WATER TANK INSTALLED. TWO GUYS INSTALLED THE NEW TANK IN A FEW HOURS. MY TENANTS THERE HAVE LOTS OF HOT WATER NOW. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

My tenants in a douplex I owned had no hot water yesterday and they called me. I couldn't fix it so I called Direct Energy, the co. I have been with for nearly 20 years. They were busy but got one of there employees to come and fix it yesterday afternoon. I am always pleased with the srevice that Direct Energy provides. I'm sorry the tank is a rental and they cover the repair costs so I cant tell you the approximate cost.

In February 2001 my old furnace stopped working. It was cold and I am not sure if I was a Direct Energy customer then or not. I remember having two or three different local furnace repair men fix up my old furnace and it worked as well as could be expected for awhile. Then I heard an explosion and called Direct Energy. They had someone here within a hour and told me the boiler was cracked. I called Direct Energy and they worked out a financing deal for me and two guys came to my house the next day took my old furnace out and installed a brand new energy efficient furnace. I only had one cool night and since I had the new furnace installed I have been happy to have the reassurance of knowing my heating help is reliable and fast. I put the cost of the visit at $100.00 but I don't know how much it would be. The annual checkup is included in my heating protection plan.
