I've amended my review upon speaking to Michael at THIG. To make a long story short, I was unhappy with the fact that my very simple project was taking weeks to complete, and had to include a repair to work that was done poorly. I have a young son and it was difficult navigating my home during the renovations, and having to stay out in the community with him all day, only to find that the work wasn't completed, or that no one had shown up to work in the first place. My home was damaged by the contractors during the project, and I was fed up with waiting for THIG to make amends. I've since spoken to the owner's husband Michael, who was very respectful and understanding, and he has promised to settle this situation fairly, which I appreciate. I don't know that I'd recommend THIG to anyone at this point, as I'm still a little sore from the experience. I hope the company learns from this situation and does better next time, and I hope that, should you choose to hire THIG for your own home renovation project, your experience is better than mine was.

Noticed water running down a drain pipe in my basement, panicked, and called Mr Rooter Plumbing after seeing all the positive scores on Homestars. A plumber was sent the very next day. The gentleman who completed the job was Chris Cochrane. He was personable, very professional, and efficient. I really appreciated his calm demeanor because the thought of water damage in my home terrifies me. He opened the wall in two places and the problem turned out to be a cracked pipe beneath my third floor bathroom. Chris helped me see the bright side of the issue and took care of things quickly and thoroughly. He was careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after himself. However, I've since discovered that Mr. Rooter significantly overcharged me for the job. I'd only call them again if I was desperate and needed fast service, because they do respond very quickly.

Loved speaking with Brian on the phone to set up the job. He provided me with a lot of information about how to protect my family, as well as an accurate quote for the job. John carried the job out. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and was a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended!

Our faucet was leaking and causing damage to another unit. Called WaterWorks and Larry came to fix it. Larry clearly communicated what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. He fixed it promptly and thoroughly. Superior service from Office Manager Natasha too. She kept us up to date with when Larry would arrive and emailed a picture of what he looks like so we would know who to expect. We didn't have to guess when to be home and weren't kept waiting around all day. Thanks so much to Larry and Natasha for the excellent service. Highly recommended!
