We hired MMT twice during the spring/fall of 2022. Job was split into two at our request. We heard good reviews from neighbours who also used this company. Both times the service was excellent. From initial contact, to time of completion, we were very pleased with the Customer Service. Ground Settling, months after job has been completed, can be expected, and there was no issue in the callback to address the issue. We would definitely use this firm again, and would have no hesitation in making a referral.

A mouse chewed through the hose leading to the dishwasher. Problem identified, then part had to be ordered via Dishwasher Manufacturer. Total of 2 visits, very easy to communicate with technician, very prompt in service calls.

Fitz Wilks get my WOW Service Award for 2015. Honestly, I'd give this guy a score above 10 if I could. He went above and beyond the call of duty to further protect our house from water damage. Fitz was pleasant to deal with, and ensured that I understood all aspects of the job, both before he started, and once the job was finished. Thanks also go out to Don from head office who helped set up the service call, and to make sure that we got a guy like Fitz to help deal with our situation.

Very pleased with the work provided. Greg Adams was very professional from the get-go, warned us up front about potential issues, and was quick to show up when the issues arose.
