We had Clera replace our windows in 2015 and were completely satisfied. This spring one of the window cranks wore out, not surprising since it takes most of the wear and tear of opening/closing. We contacted Clera and after answering a few questions and providing a photo of the part that needed replacing they shipped it right away. From the outset of our project David and Jesse were excellent to work with. They listened to our design requests and the quote we were given was very competitive. After the project began we ran into an issue with the city urban forestry office, which resulted in a significant delay to the schedule. Throughout the entire process David went above and beyond to assist us in getting the project back on track and was more than accommodating to work with the timelines we were dealt by the city. They were on budget, competent and the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations in the finished product. From start to finish they never deviated from the agreed work, and even went beyond the scope of work while we were waiting for last-minute permits to ensure the yard was in an acceptable state in the interim. Highly recommend them for anyone with masonry work to be done, you definitely will not find better anywhere! Could not be happier!!

Arash was professional and courteous from the outset of our home renovation project. Within 1 business day of contacting hoerner plumbing we were able to get Martin and his assistant on site to provide an estimate and begin work. From start to finish they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Fast and thorough, they were exceptional at repairing the broken pipe and cleaning up when done. As well they provided us with tips on preventing any further maintenance issues and kept the job to within the price quoted. Overall a great company and their staff demonstrates the pride they take in the work they do.

After receiving hassle from a third-party mover recommend by the retailer we found the Canada movers online. Prompt response and excellent service in asking for relevant photos of the fridge made the initial question and answer discussion easy. Lurii and his partner were on time, fast and professional. Right from the day our furnace and central air quit the staff at Canadian Air Systems were courteous and helpful, answering questions and responding with the service call immediately. Mylan gave us an honest assessment of the situation and several options as to how to proceed. Rick and his team were on time, professional and did the utmost to minimize the impact of a job of this scale. Both furnace and air conditioner were replaced within the time quoted and there were no surprises, no hidden costs or stress involved.
