I had the greatest privilege of working with ProEntry for a removable of an old opener and install of a new one that I just purchased for $520.00 and I was told I needed to replace it by 4 separate companies that I parked the project for an entire year. I just couldnt believe that our opener was already caput! I contacted ProEntry (praise God) from the first contact I sensed I was dealing with a new breed! Oh my goodness I can not tell you the relief it was when I opened my front door and the first words from them to me is your opener you want to remove is new why? They not only fixed the old one I was able to return the one I purchased the day prior and got my money back! So Im left asking what was going on with the other 4 companies and why did they all request that I change the entire unit??? Why was ProEntry able to come in and in 5 seconds tell me I dont need to replace this unit? Thank you ProEntry for being so professional generous, and thoughtful. Class Act all the way. I will always be recommending this company to everyone. Best of the best!

The Reliance team Neil & Matt arrived just before 8AM extremely polite and professional. I have a 3 month old baby so I let them in and disappeared for a bit! They certainly dont need me supervising. I came back downstairs after a few and thought I was at the oscars, I love the red carpet treatment, definitely put a smile on my face. Really shows the attention to detail these guys bring to the job. I could hear them talk as they worked and the team atmosphere should be bottled, they look out for and help each other just impressive. Then Neil asked me if I had a vacuum so he could clean up some dust off the floors, what a treat!! :-) The install was quick a lot faster than I thought it would be and of course Neil then took the time to go over the manual, the new fancy thermostat with me and ensured that it's ok to call if we had questions. I must say customer service may not be dead in Canada after all. Thanks Neil and Matt and of course even the ones who came just to see how you guys were doing and I heard one offering to help nice. Great job Reliance - and shout out to Joel in sales he's a hoot!
