I put in a request and within 30 mins I got a call. The person would be at the house next day. Amazing I thought. My oven stopped heating up. The guy came within the window and barely spoke. He just said "oven". He walked in, tried the oven and said it was the igniter. Went to his truck to get it and said it would be around $300 for the part plus labour, which was $380. I though that seemed awfully high but I was in a bind. It took him about 10 mins to fix it and he left. I thought at least it worked. 3 months later, it stopped working again. Emailed and called the company and no response. You'll see these generic responses from a "manager" but trust me, they don't respond. In the end I bought the part myself $200 incl tax and fixed it myself and noticed the cheap part the guy used was spliced in and not even installed properly. This company takes advantage of people who can't do it themselves or are in a bind like we were as we needed the oven. Please do not use them.

We interviewed a number of people to build our third floor and George from Mango was the most prompt and interested in doing the work - he was the only one that followed up afterwards. From the start, they were professional, thorough, and responsive. The work they did was amazing and their suggestions were thoughtful. I've heard some horror stories of friends working with contractors and this was honestly the best I've ever had. Not only was the job done on time, even though we threw so many other things at them, it was on budget. They are true to their word and I have recommended them to so many people. George and his whole team like Jim and Aris (as well as subs) were all so nice and considerate and the quality of their work is remarkable.

I can't say enough good things about Mansoor and his company. They were on time, responsive, and very professional. The work they did was better than I expected and they went over and above what they needed to do. Best contractors I've ever used and I highly recommend.

With an old house, it's never a simple job. Richview made it easier for me notwithstanding the fact that the entire roof needed to be replaced. Then the chimney needed to come down as well because it would not accept the flashing anchors as it was also too old. Kyle and Trevor were great and I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use them for anything else I need to do.

Called Larry on a recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and assisted me in dealing with Toronto Hydro, which in the end, was my responsibility anyway. I was not happy I had to replace the power line and meter base but I'm glad I called Larry. A very nice and professional guy and he does great work at competitive rates.

Had Jamie come to the house to figure out why our basement had flooded. Very quickly he diagnosed it and told me what it would take to fix it. He and his team were wonderful and he definitely went the extra mile afterwards to make sure I was happy. He and the whole Express Router Team are just fantastic and so very helpful. I cannot say enough good things. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for.

After receiving a ridiculous quote for a new A/C unit, I called Convertible and they showed up and provided a quote that was more than half for the exact same unit. Dieter showed up right on time and did a fabulous job. We have an old house so he/I was worried that the coil would have to come through the bathroom wall since it was not accessible. However, he managed to get it out and completed the job without any issues. Highly recommended.
