In the strongest possible terms, I recommend Peters outstanding company, Aquata. My family has just completed a total bathroom renovation with Aquata, and the superior quality of the entire experience has been impeccable in every imaginable way. I found Peter here on HomeStars after an exhausting search that took many months. I am extremely careful with whom I choose to hire, so I was very discerning when it came to selecting the best person for the job. After the very first conversation with Peter I knew that I had found a diamond, and little did I know at the time, once we began working with Peter our impression of him and Aquata would continually grow better: every one of my expectations was surpassed over and over again. Peters professionalism, knowledge, caring attention to detail, approachability and expertise are absolutely top notch. Words cannot accurately describe the unequaled quality of every aspect of Peter and his work ethic. He was a pleasure to work with and in every interaction he conveyed his enthusiasm for his work and his eagerness to always make his clients happy. We had daily conversations about the status of the project and Peter invited our input throughout the process while displaying his care for our renovation every step of the way. Peter approached our project as if he was working on his own home. He demonstrated a personal stake in every part of the project. We also cannot describe how much we appreciated his assistant, Nik, who was outstanding and highly considerate in every way. Nik was extremely respectful, demonstrated great craftsmanship, was caring, and even made sure to remind us if we had accidentally left a garage door open, etc.! Nik was a direct reflection of the high standards that represent Aquata, there is no one like him! Highly dependable, and with tremendous concentration, Peter devoted his time to our project solely. He arrived on time every day, and worked a full day, every day. The job stayed on schedule and was completed in an extremely timely manner. Peter and Nik continued to stay laser focussed on our job, and due to their stellar professionalism, did not talk on the phone, or take any time away from devoting themselves to the work that needed to be done on our project. They were also very trustworthy, so I felt relaxed and comfortable with them being alone in my home. At all times Peter respected the original quote that we agreed upon, kept our budget in mind, and we understood that he appreciated how important the cost of our renovation was to us. We felt heard, and we really appreciated the options that Peter was happy to suggest, including patiently explaining the pros and cons etc. of each option. Peters care and devotion made even the smallest detail as precise and lovely as possible! He showed us time after time that our renovation meant a lot to him. He always made sure to encourage our questions - and he was always eager to put us at ease. Peters thoughtfulness has been something I have never seen before in a trades company. As an example, Peters distinguished professionalism is evident in his level of organization and preparedness. He devotes an entire day to setting up the workspace with the utmost care. He protected my walls, flooring and living spaces in many clever ways. In one case he constructed a temporary wall to contain his workspace, but made sure to protect my ceiling and walls with padding so that no damage was done and we could not tell that anything was ever there. Peter thoughtfully made sure to include a convenient door in the temporary wall so that we could easily access the rest of the room. He also set up his own air purifiers which worked wonders to help keep the air in our home clean. True to Aquatas excellence, every day Nik would roll up my front door mat and set it aside, to protect it. He would then set out Aquatas mats and floor coverings all the way from the front door to the workspace. The floor mats were vacuumed and wiped down without fail daily, and they remained spotless throughout the day as well. Amazingly my home did not feel like a construction zone, which I couldnt believe! This care made the whole project much more pleasant and felt less intrusive. To wrap up each day, the floor coverings were re-cleaned, rolled up and stored out of the way, and then Nik went a step further by vacuuming and wiping down the floors underneath the floor coverings! I have never seen this much consideration for the homeowner and attention to detail, ever. All garbage was cleaned out and taken away, with the workspace, our home and garage kept spotless. To continue, Aquatas professionalism and work ethic was immediately evident from the first day when Peter and Nik put together a highly organized cabinet which contained every item that they would be needing for the duration of the renovation. They made sure that they would never run out of a tool, and this minimized the need for them to pass through our home to get supplies from the truck, or to slow down the project. Everything imaginable was stored at hand and ready to go. You have to see this level of organization to understand how much thought and attention to detail goes into ensuring your project will run as efficiently and effectively as possible and once again, I have never seen this done before by any tradesperson I have hired. Peter personalized the renovation of our bathroom to the tiniest and most thoughtful detail. For example, he made sure to understand why we wanted to include a diverter spout in our shower. When he found out that it was because our dog liked to drink the cold water from it, he measured our dogs height to make sure that the height of the diverter spout was perfect for our dog! To me, this was a gesture of the utmost consideration and care for our family. Of course, Peter also double-checked our own heights - and even the length of our arms - to make certain that the ergonomics of the bathroom design were personalized to us. A truly bespoke bathroom customization! As is to be expected with any renovation, issues did come up, and the true telling of Aquata was also in how these issues were addressed. One such case was that our original flooring was not level at all. In order to correct this, Peter used a variety of different types of cement, carefully applying each in a different area in the floor. He could have tried to use less types of cement, however they would not have generated the same top quality results. This took Peter more time and effort, which he willingly devoted to the task, however unlike other contractors, he did not charge me extra for this. He stayed true to his original quote, and was fair throughout. Any minor detail, of which there were very few, was addressed with the fullest of Peters attention and effort. I would like to close with a final observation about Peters honesty. As mentioned above, it took us a very long time to find Aquata. One reason is that I was looking for a contractor who demonstrated their trustworthiness from the first point of contact: on their website. An easy way to figure out the honest contractors is to check if the images they claim as their own work are truly their own. Aquata was one of the very rare companies that passed my reverse image lookup test. For all of these reasons, and many more, we are so grateful to have found Aquata! Peter is that rare, outstanding craftsman whose quality speaks for itself. We feel so fortunate for the opportunity to work with him and look forward to working with Peter and Nik again in the future!

I am a very impressed, repeat customer of Valentin's and I will definitely return again without hesitation. For this latest service, I hired Strong Plumbing to work on a rental property, which was a very tricky job. I was not able to be onsite, but due to the trust Valentin has built with me, this was not an issue for me at all. Valentin's professionalism and honesty throughout the job was fantastic. He took the time to continually update me with photos and messages, he helped me problem solve when unforeseen issues arose, and he suggested the most practical and economical solutions. I found Valentin to be very easy going and truly helpful. The job was completed very quickly and smoothly and I appreciated Valentin's recommendations for how to avoid future issues. I will be a repeat customer for future plumbing jobs, and I highly recommend his company to others!

Based on Homestar reviews, I hired Val for the first time today and I was extremely impressed at how well he lived up to all of the rave reviews. By far, he is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. He was extremely patient, easy to communicate with, very meticulous and attentive to detail and very, very reliable. His professionalism extends to his honesty and his trustworthiness. He worked hard on my job, carrying heavy toilets without hesitation, and he worked very efficiently. He left a clean work area and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job before he completed the work. In the original consultation with Val, I had exchanged text messages with him before hiring him to ask about pricing and availability etc. He always responded quickly and politely and when he found out what I needed to have done, he took the time to refer me to excellent (less expensive) sources - this was before I even hired him. I found that to be very telling of what an honest and professional person he is. I will definitely hire Val again!

Javid was extremely honest, very thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him for his excellent professionalism, dependability, and for reaching the highest standards of my expectations. I have an old central vacuum and it stopped turning on. I spoke to Javid over the phone at first, fully expecting him to tell me that I would need to replace it. However, he first suggested that it may simply need to be serviced. He was available within a short timeframe and indeed, he was able to replace a small part and fixed my old vacuum perfectly. I was very impressed that Javid carries his extra parts with him and brings them to the initial appointments, making his service convenient and efficient! He is very thorough in his diagnosis and fixing of the problem. Javid was so professional as he cleaned up the workspace, and even went the extra mile to detail my central vac. He even swept dust and cobwebs off of the walls surrounding the central vac. canister. I truly wish more service people were as great as Javid!

I am so glad that I hired Pro Appliance to fix my dishwasher. Everyone that I dealt with (such as the office staff as well as Matthew the repairman) was extremely professional, very courteous and most importantly, honest. From my initial call, which was returned very quickly, to the delightful sounds of my dishwasher working again, my experience with Pro Appliance was highly successful. Matthew was very knowledgeable, patient and explained every step of the process in detail. He arrived exactly on time, had an expertise in my brand of dishwasher (Bosch) and even offered suggestions as to how I can avoid having the same problem again. Matthew was very accommodating to my schedule and even offered to call ahead to confirm if our appointment was still convenient for me on the day of, which he did. All charges were discussed up front, there was no "up selling" and most importantly I feel as if the pricing was fair and valid. I will use Pro Appliance again in the future and I highly recommend them.
