My furnace was not working so I called the emergency phone number on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and got the answering machine. Since it wasn't urgent (because it was still warm and not freezing) I was going to call on the next business day so I didn't leave a message. Oleg immediately text me back and said to text him back or he was going to call me in 20 minutes. I texted him the problem and said that he can be at my house in 3 hours. Wow, that is customer service. Oleg came to my home to assess my furnace (5.5 years old) and said that the installers did a horrible job and recommended that I call the original installers to fix the problem since the parts are still under warranty. Oleg did not charge me for the service call and gave me his honest option. I will definitely call Oleg for our future AC and furnace.

Trevor to the rescue! The Toronto major wind storm on May 4, 2018 blew off a shingle on my house and multiple shingles off the neighbours houses. My neighbours and I called over 20 roofing companies but they were too busy or their voice mail was full. I was getting desperate because rain was in the forecast. I remembered when Trevor changed my eavestrough last year that he mentioned that he also does roofing. I called him and he answered the phone. He said that he was very busy because of the storm but he will make every effort to come the next day to fix my roof. I texted him the info, he kept in touch with me in regards to when he would call and when he would be arriving. He did an amazing job to my house and my neighbours and always attention to fine details. Thank you so much Trevor!

Total transformation! I booked Mimmo last fall for work to be done in the early spring based on the reviews. Mimmo and his amazing crew arrived early every morning and worked continuously through the day until early evening. My house lacked outdoor living space and the backyard was never used because the original patio was falling apart. Mimmo's designs and workmanship was beyond my expectations. He was there every step of the way and gave recommendations that transformed my outdoor space from night to day. He recommended that I re-sod the backyard and re-grade so the kids would be able to play. He also recommended extending the fencing and it made a huge difference. My backyard is now an oasis. The front area now has a patio, the steps are wider and welcoming. The curb appeal is beautiful and I get compliments from all the neighbours. I highly recommend Forever Stone Designs.

It was so easy. Booked online based on the reviews and got my online booking discount. Received confirmation, reminder emails, got a call to let me know when to expect them the day of removal. They were in and out within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them and will use their services for years to come...thanks JunkIt!

Trevor removed the sponge in the eaves and replaced with leaf guards. He also moved my downspout to another location that would maximize the ease of flow of rainwater. One of the downspouts was jam packed with dirt (the most he has ever seen in years). Kyle also joined him to install the leaf guards. Both were a pleasure, gave me great advice that would save me $$ and they clean up after the job. I highly recommend Richview and will be my 'go-to' company for all my window cleaning, eaves and roofing jobs.

I used the company a couple of years ago for dryer vent cleaning and called them again for a complete duct cleaning of the whole house including the furnace and dryer vent. Brothers Nick and Mat work so well together. They worked from room to room with ease (even with my 3 curious children watching and following them). They were kind enough to tell me to remove my humidifier duct because it was a fire hazard. Overall, they were professional, clean and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I contacted 3 window companies and decided to purchase from Brock mainly from the positive reviews from Homestars and quality of the windows. Mark the salesperson is very knowledgable and was even available on his day off. He was able to answer my questions via email and text. 2 thumbs up to Eugen the installer. He came out to measure the windows approx 2 weeks after I signed the contract. The installation was done on the scheduled day. It took all day to install the windows. Eugen and his partner were very professional, clean and took the time to make the installation perfect. They worked hard all day and didn't take any breaks. I am so impressed with the installers and wish all tradesmen have their knowledge, workmanship and attention to the fine details. I noticed 2 small holes in the screen the next day and immediately called Brock. Eugen came over the next day and was able to repair the screen within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend purchasing from Brock!

I noticed that the ceiling around my bathroom exhaust was wet so I called Mr Roof Repair and spoke to Samantha who was very friendly and informative and told me that it was a common problem. I had the minor repair done and an assessment (with photos) of my roof. The assessment was extremely detailed and honest. Overall, I am very happy with Mr Roof Repair and would recommend them in an instant to others.

I was so impressed with Trevor's previous work that I called him again and this time to remove and install an exterior door. Again he was on time, gave me updates throughout the day, a perfectionist with pride in his work and cleaned up at the end of the day. I also asked him to install a lock in a kitchen cabinet that I did not think was possible. Trevor was able to find a solution and installed the lock to my surprise....thank you so much Trevor! I will be calling again for future projects around the house.

Steve and Mat called ahead to let me know when they were to arrive. Little did I know that I had a huge fire potential just waiting to happen. Mat went to clean the exterior of the house and noticed that the air vent was totally blocked and when he unblocked it, a softball size lint was removed. Steve pulled the dryer from the wall and the hook-up to the dryer was used with tape. When they started cleaning the vent they discovered that there was a disconnect of the vent behind the wall and that the vent was venting into the walls and pipes and not outside! Steve and Mat went over and beyond to help me out and fixed the problems. Thank you so much! I will definitely be calling in the spring for duct cleaning for my whole house.

Trevor took the time to make the projects around the house perfect and treats your house as if it was his house. His workmanship and pride in his work is excellent and to quote him... 'if you are going to do the work, do it right the first time'. My bathroom make over is beautiful. Thank you Trevor!

Steve White was professional, honest and provided amazing service. He was able to show me where the shower was leaking (due to caulking) and told me that the previous contractor made some mistakes which contributed to some water damage to the drywall (shower door). Steve fixed everything and cleaned up after the work. I booked him again next month to re-do my ensuite. I am very happy with my new shelves, drapery rod and sliding mirror closet doors. I lost my house keys and called Locksmith Pros to change my locks. They were on time for my appointment, friendly and professional. As he was changing my locks, he mentioned that I can make my house safer with a deadbolt and he showed me how one of the doors was easy to break into. I had the deadbolt installed and was very happy for the advice. Thanks Locksmith Pros!
