My furnace was not working so I called the emergency phone number on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and got the answering machine. Since it wasn't urgent (because it was still warm and not freezing) I was going to call on the next business day so I didn't leave a message. Oleg immediately text me back and said to text him back or he was going to call me in 20 minutes. I texted him the problem and said that he can be at my house in 3 hours. Wow, that is customer service. Oleg came to my home to assess my furnace (5.5 years old) and said that the installers did a horrible job and recommended that I call the original installers to fix the problem since the parts are still under warranty. Oleg did not charge me for the service call and gave me his honest option. I will definitely call Oleg for our future AC and furnace.
