I noticed that the ceiling around my bathroom exhaust was wet so I called Mr Roof Repair and spoke to Samantha who was very friendly and informative and told me that it was a common problem. Hi Eve... Samantha was correct. That is a common issue, generally due to improper installation of the components that make up that type of venting system.
