the first appointment that I booked to have my A/C cleaned this year was not great. I was in the basement and did not hear the knock at my door. I did have the side door open and would have hear someone calling me. I think that a service person should take the time to try a 2nd option regarding contact before leaving a scheduled appointment In the past, the service person has always called to say that he/she is on their way. I just got a note saying that no one was home. I had specifically booked all my home appointments in one day. I had to book another appointment for the A/C to be cleaned. I asked that the service person call if I do not answer the door this service is part of my insurance monthly program.
