Jason and the team are definitely quickly making a name for themselves in Binbrook and surrounding community. I commend them for professionalism, positivity, quality in general, but want to give you more details in case you are considering this company - you will NOT be disappointed!! They are by far one of the best I've dealt with. I first got referred to them by my neighbour who was really pleased with his roof. Was very pleased that they honoured the original quote they gave me in 2021 for installation in 2022 despite rising material costs - my pet had passed and we had to defer the roof expense due to vet bills. Jason was super understanding and honoured the original quote more than a year later. When the guys came, they were friendly, professional and you could see they knew what they were doing. I expected to have to clean up a bit myself after the job was done, and even went especially to get an outdoor broom .... only to find out the guys had cleaned up so well that I had nothing left to sweep!!! Honestly, the premises looked better than before they had even started. Wow. Then it gets even better ... I had asked Jason to extend the drain pipe that was dripping over the front of the roof, right into the eavestrough. He did this at no extra charge!!! On his own time. This prevents torrential water draining from the whole roof onto that one corner, and preserves the life of the new shingles (which are a great colour and quality by the way). The guys cleaned out the eavestroughs and even removed an inactive Bell satellite. Jason also advised to keep an eye on the eavestrough as it started to drip, and offered to come back, again, on his own time, to put a bit of sealant. These days great customer service, pride in workmanship, going the extra mile and taking the time to really address customer communication and concerns at this level, is hard to find. I would recommend Jason and the team hands down - they are an awesome bunch. Thanks!!!

We had a project to change out outdoor vents (range hood vent & dryer vent that were located in our exterior wall); and, to change out the range hood over top of our stove. Ivan came out to do the quote and a week or so later, arrived promptly to complete the job. He is professional, reliable and honest. He took great care to ensure the project was completed well, including taking time to fasten the new vents more securely than the last ones, to the house wall. We thought the service was great, and definitely feel the price was very fair. I would recommend and use Ivan again for any handy man work or renovation project, I'm very happy with the work and service!

We couldn't be happier with the service and the honesty. We reached out on Saturday when our furnace didn't kick on despite the temperature dropping and even via message, Marnie the GM already had a good sense of what the issue was. The technician came promptly on Monday to diagnose and fix the issue. He was professional, courteous, and even had a compliment for the cat! He also explained everything he was doing and even had a few maintenance tips for us such as what filter was best to use. We were looking into duct cleaning as well, and would not use another company moving forward for either service! Previous company we had used last year does not compare to the service honestly, value and professionalism of Convertible Heating an Air Conditioning

I cannot recommend their installer Sam enough - ID RCMSA034; I had an old water heater that broke down during a holiday weekend an no hot water to shower. On the phone, the company rep recommended the wrong unit, and so when Sam arrived to install, he realized he couldn't do it that day because he needed the right until. So, he went out of his way to pick up the right replacement unit all the way to the other side of the GTA, and after his shift, and he came back to install it on a sunday morning of the long weekend. It was the best service any company of this type ever provided.
