We had our former heating contractor in to service our furnace on October 19th and he "red tagged" our furnace.We had a flyer from Convertible,I phoned outlined our problem and Marnie said she could be at our home to quote on Wdnesday,October 22 nd,she showed up promptly at 11 am,we reviewed our needs and confirmed an installation for Monday,October 26th at 930 am the job was very complicated and took 2 days,and we did have heat in the interim.The installers (Adam and Adam) were terrific and exact in their finishing.Great job,great price--totally satisfied.

We had Travis in today to service our furnace.While he was here he asked when our gas fireplace was last serviced(5years ago) he also asked about our gas wall hung water heater(which is about 5years old and has not been serviced) he suggested he could check out our fireplace which he did clean and service,but,that he suggested that we make an appointment to have the water heater done as well by one of your certified repair men.He gave us a heads up as regards the age of our furnace and air conditioner (both about 15 years old)telling us that we may have to replace both soon enough(maybe 2 years) so we may want to save to replace them.Travis is a very good employee as seen by us ( giving us valuable info and for you suggesting replacement products you sell) .We are very satisfied with the service and info we were given and will be using your company again in the future,thanks to the info we know have and products that are available thru your company.
