I am renting a furnace from Reliance ( three years old ), Suddenly the furnace stopped working. Called reliance, the first technician come and said we need to order some parts ( he does not have any stock ) , the process is that the part will come to customers and then we have to call again reliance to book for another appointements . So as I have no heat , I took a day off waited for the part so I can call them as soon as I get the part. Another technician come and OPPPS he need more parts ( he also does not have these part in his car ), so we will repeat the process and will have to wait for the other part then call them again and hopefully will not have more surprises . To be continued Can not believe this is the process of repairs for a company in 2018!
