We hired Mike from M & D Builders to provide a full package of permit drawing to our commercial unit in Toronto 6 months ago. He delivered all the required architectural, mechanical and plumbing drawings on time and he also submitted it to the city and got the approvals in a timely manor.

M & D also provided a good price than other contractors to do the construction work. Mike and his team were honest, knowledgeable,timely and friendly to work with, were also extremely professional on every single details and went above and beyond what was required from them.
