I woke up to find my furnace was off so I called Ather Hasan from Cosmopolitan Heating & Cooling. I have had Ather before and he was excellent and very informative. Ather tried to trouble shoot over the phone but I decided to have him come and do a Service on my furnance as it was winter and I did not want this to happen again. As reliable as always Ather appeared on my doorstep about one and a half hours later ready to fix my furnace. Ather is such a good worker and is always ready with good information and tips to help maintain your heating and cooling systems. I know I am in good hand when Ather arrives as he is so conscientious and very knowledgeable about home systems. Thanks again Ather for a prompt job well done.

Jonh was recommened to us by a neighbour and we are delighted that we followed up. He came the day after we called to see the job and after arranging with us when to come he turned up exactly as planned. He explained everything to us about positioning of the lights and did a very good job of installing them with a dimmer. The potlights he uses are high grade not the cheap stuff some people use. Upon completion and after cleaning up we talked with him and decided to add one more light, he did not hesitate to do it without complaint even though he had apparently finished. We would highly recommend Babus Electric to anyone.

We just had our regular annual service for our air conditioner, furnace, tankless water heater and air purifier that we purchased from Cosmopolitan. Hasan Ather was the service technician this time. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He gave excellent explanations of what he was doing and how the system works as I like to know these things. His patience with me as he explained was refreshing. I was very much impressed by his work ethic and his pride in his workmanship which is hard to find these days. He phoned to let me know exactly when he was coming and turned up at exactly that time, It is nice to see that service is valued by this company and by Hasan in particular! I would recommend Hasan and Cosmopolitan to anyone anytime. Hasan if you see this thanks so much.
