Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc

We just had our regular annual service for our air conditioner, furnace, tankless water heater and air purifier that we purchased from Cosmopolitan. Hasan Ather was the service technician this time. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He gave excellent explanations of what he was doing and how the system works as I like to know these things. His patience with me as he explained was refreshing. I was very much impressed by his work ethic and his pride in his workmanship which is hard to find these days. He phoned to let me know exactly when he was coming and turned up at exactly that time, It is nice to see that service is valued by this company and by Hasan in particular!
