I had a cracked door frame. It was not clear whether it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Eduardo said he could fix it. And he did! Not only that, he came back a few days later (at my request) to adjust the tension on the door hinges, at no charge. Eduardo is a very capable person, with an amazing smile and personality. He explained everything to me clearly. The whole exercise was a pleasant experience for me (including the fact that I didn't have to pay for a whole new door assembly, so I saved a few hundred dollars). I highly recommend him.

Furnace was acting strange - it heated the house, but slowly. Fan was quiet, and only came on for a minute or so every 10 minutes. Kevin determined that the main fan was broken (I was hearing a different fan), got the parts, and fixed it. We had a discussion about the merits/demerits of replacing it - I chose to get it repaired, but now I have more information in case it breaks again. Kevin was a great communicator - explained everything really well.

I've used them for some time but most recently they replaced two toilets and one sink for me. I keep using them because I'm used to them, they do whatever I want to get done, their price is fairly reasonable, and I'm generally very satisfied with them. I'd recommend them to others.
