Furnace was acting strange - it heated the house, but slowly. Fan was quiet, and only came on for a minute or so every 10 minutes. Kevin determined that the main fan was broken (I was hearing a different fan), got the parts, and fixed it. We had a discussion about the merits/demerits of replacing it - I chose to get it repaired, but now I have more information in case it breaks again. Kevin was a great communicator - explained everything really well.
