I bought a $7000 fridge from Tasco that arrived broken. They REFUSED to do anything to help me and instead told me that the fridge was under warranty and I had to deal with the manufacturer directly. Their customer service rep didn't even call me back. They were absolutely horrible to deal with and took zero responsibility for selling me an incredibly expensive appliance that came from their warehouse broken. I will be at least a week without a functioning fridge and yet they had another one in stock that they refused to deliver to me. DON'T EVER SHOP THERE.

Hello Susan, we are sorry to hear about your new fridge arriving damaged, this is not something we want our customers to experience. We are required to send customers who receive products that arrive damaged directly to the manufacturer as this is what they ask, since the first year warranty is through the manufacturer, not us. That being said we do want to assist you as quickly as possible. We had the best possible experience with John and his crew. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only was their quote the most reasonable, the work also started on time and they finished on time as well. The crew was also very respectful and went out of their way to keep our yard and house clean (not an easy feat during such a messy job). They also kept us well informed throughout the process and met every deadline they proposed. And our basement now has 8 ft ceilngs, as promised! I would highly recommend Maximum General Contracting to anyone looking to lower their basement.

This was the WORST service I have ever received. A technician came to our house and claimed to have fixed our washing machine. We paid for the service without any warning that the repair was not complete or would not last. After the first load of laundry, water pooled on the floor. After the second, the machine was not working at all. Service4Appliance REFUSED to return to our house unless we paid full price again and they insisted they had fixed the machine. The woman we spoke with at customer service was rude and argumentative and beyond unhelpful. She would only refer to the report from the technician which said the machine was fixed. She also refused to allow me to speak with a manager and would not provide contact information for anyone else in the company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER. You are better off buying a new washer.
