STAY FAR AWAY!I paid to have my oven repaired by obviously a rookie technician who was on the telephone the entire time he was "fixing" my oven. He not only did not fix it, but said that I would eventually need a $1350 main board. He said the repair should last up to 6 months. The have you sign off on the spot and because the oven was hot from the guy working on it, I could not test it. Sweeping my floor after, I found a piece he had not been put back. When I called the oxymoronic customer service, she was rude and condescending and made it clear there was not a guarantee that the appliance would work for even a minute after repair. DO NOT trust the big Google Ads. That's how I got fooled. As well as when you Google a certified brand repair company (i.e., LG) that in fact it is a certified company. Call the company to get a list of certified repair company. If this company has so many bad reviews, how is it still able to be in business. Where is consumer Ontario?

The repair man came to repair my gas oven. He sent an hour at the house, and I heard him getting instructions over the phone. Not impressive. He told me that eventually I would need a new main board but the repair would last 2-6 months. Not only was there no repair, but he also broke the oven light. I called customer service, and they would do nothing about it. She told me that there was no guarantee, a fix could last a minute, a week, month. She was condescending and unfriendly and mostly unhelpful. I would NOT recommend this company to my enemy.
