Started out well with friendly customer service and a technician able to come out the same day to look at why our furnace wasn't working. Things went downhill from there. The first technician didn't have the part and had to order it for the next day. Then the part didn't arrive until hours after it was expected while we continued to wait. When the part finally arrived we were told that there were no further service appointments until the next day. We subsequently learned that the first technician could have done a temporary fix but instead we went two additional days with no heat. The following day a technician did not come in their four hour service window despite a confirmed appointment. When we contacted customer service we were told that they had no way to get a hold of technicians or find out their schedule and could not view any service history on our account. We were also told that there were no supervisors or managers on their shift to escalate and that we should continue waiting as there was nothing they could do to help. A couple of hours after our appointment window a technician did arrive and was able to fix the problem. He provided good service but at this point it was 5 pm on Christmas Eve day after three days of no heat. We are extremely dissatisfied with Enercare after this experience.

The team there was very helpful when you could reach them and we got great service from Shawna. Unfortunately, before getting connected with Shawna, we had to follow-up on voice mails and e-mails multiple times to receive the quote, get the materials ordered and again to have the work scheduled. It was very frustrating. When we did have the work complete, the third party installer they used damaged the new panels we had purchased. He had very much been in a hurry to complete the job and was literally banging the pieces around. We will not use them again.

We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them to our friends. Mark makes it easy by bringing the samples to our house and talked us through options without putting any sales pressure. The quote we received was thorough and Mark ensured we understood what was and was not included. The installer was professional and did an excellent job. Mark came to personally inspect and encouraged us to do the same to ensure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use them for future projects.

We've recently used Mclaughlin Flooring to replace our hallway flooring (it had extensive damage) and refinish the adjoining bedrooms. All the rooms look brand new and they've done a fabulous job! On top of that Rick promptly returns phone calls and schedules appointments, does the work he promises, in the timeframe that he says, and charges the quoted price. Our house was left in clean condition and he followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. We would definitely use Rick again and will recommend him to our friends.
