My friend took me to this place to get a sale quote on 5 appliance as she had previously made a large purchase 2 months and the price was right. When we arrived no one wanted to attend to us and we had to wait 12 minutes. We had asked for my friend's sales rep but she was not in that day. We looked around and saw some of the sales people were chatting among themselves and looking around the store. When we did get a sales rep I asked for the exact same appliances my friend had purchased and in 1 minute the sales rep quoted us a price $4000 more than what my friend paid. Obviously these sales rep are making too much in commission to care about new sales. We went back a second time and got a different rep and this one was much nicer and the price was in line with what my friend paid. So it goes to show that the price you pay is linked to your sales rep.

I've been shopping for a bed set all over and the pricing was not within my budget until i came across this store. I end up purchasing the entire bedroom set for $500 which includes: pillow cases, bed sheets, comforter, drapes and throw over - all in 1 bag. Amazing price and customer service.

The sales rep were helpful and mindful of your budget. They try to look for items within your budget but you have to be careful cause sometimes you might purchase an items that does not blend in with the appearance you're looking for but rather your budget - a mistake we almost did. Overall we were happy with our purchase.

I purchase a number of units from this company. The dishwasher was delivered with mud at the back of the unit. When we installed the dishwasher we noticed it started to leak and the drainage hose was not functioning properly. I contacted customer service and within 4 hours I was informed I would receive a new dishwasher. Now that's what i call customer service - quickly resolving the problem.

2 weeks prior to delivery I contacted Goeman’s to inquire if there would be any problems brining the fridge into our new home and provided the width and length of our front door. Our Sales rep Brian indicated got back to us the same day and advised his delivery team would not have any problems delivering the fridge and they are professional in handling such appliance. Day of delivery 2 delivery employees from Goeman’s arrived and delivered our stove and delivered the incorrect riser but said they needed 4 employees in get the fridge into our kitchen and they would schedule the delivery the next time they are in Milton. 2 days later 4 delivery employees showed up and they said they needed 4 stronger employees to get the fridge into our kitchen and asked if they can leave the fridge in our garage to avoid excessive handling of the fridge which we agreed. 3 days later a supervisor showed up at our home and said they are unable to deliver the fridge to our home through our front door but can deliver it through our back door (which is smaller than the front door) BUT we are required to break down our kitchen pantry cabinets at our cost!!! Needless to say I called our builder and they stated Goeman’s can deliver the fridge through the front door and they should not have to ask us to break down our kitchen pantry for their convenience. So I called a contractor for another opinion and they stated they can deliver the fridge through the front door and there is no way to deliver it through the back door without smashing a few bricks on the outside of the house. I AM ADVISING EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM GOEMAN APPLIANCE. I am still waiting on a few more quotes from other retailers. Stay tuned for more updates.
