Anthony and johnston arrived and i felt very comfortable with both of them as they were very polite and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and went about their work. When the job was completed they explained everything again and made sure that I knew how to operate the new humidifier. I've been an Atlas customer for over 20 years and no else is allowed to touch my furnace or air conditioner. GREAT COMPANY

We selected the door and it was installed on the date agreed upon. We really liked the look of the installed door and the crew was very pleasant. Within about 5-6 months we needed to replace the sweep. this was done by GEM with no cost to us. Unfortunately a series of sweeps failed over several years. All were replaced free of charge but the cause of the failures was not found. Finally the last time it failed GEM sent Joe to Solve the problem. Within 20 minutes he had determined that the metal sill had a bump in it. He corrected this problem. The problem took about 2 years to correct but GEM never made excuses or blamed me for the problem. Their goal was to "make it right" and they did.

We have used John Bell for all our painting over the past 10 years. Every job has been done in a professional manner with excellent workmanship. Each crew has been very polite and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them as the years go by.

I first came across AtlasCare in the late 70's. We had just bought a new house with a forced air electric furnace. The furnace was taking 2-3 hours to raise the house temp by 3 degrees F. The builder kept insisting that the furnace was working properly. Via the phone book I contacted Atlas. A technician took 5 min. to locate the problem and told me what to tell the builder. Problem solved and "NO CHARGE"!! When we moved into our present home in1989 Atlas was the only company on my short list .I have never been unhappy with their service and their level of expertise. Over the 23 years we have had several techs work in our home and all of them have been courteous, thorough and willing to explain what needs to be done. Nobody touches my HVAC except AtlasCare. Eric, The tech who came tonight has been here before and he is welcome any time. He made the adjustment to the air conditioning and everything is working fine.
