Technitian came out to inspect hot water heater. We rent the hot water heater and at the time we were thinking of a buy out. He assured us the water heater was in good shape and we decided to continue renting with a monthly charge and insurance on the heater.

Repairman was very personable, clean and knowledgeable. He was unable to fix the frig. icemaker because it needed a part which was going to cost too much. The repairman didn't recommended it because of the age of the frig. and the fact that it (the frig.) probably wouldn't last much longer. We appreciated the fact that he was very honest and didn't try to talk us into something.

Very personable and helpful maintenace employees. Have had this company several times in the past. Always come when they say and are dependable and we feel trustworthy. Would have them again.
