Oven heat wasn't reaching optimal temperature. Tech found a short in the heating element & had the replacement part with him. Oven was back in working order in about 30 minutes.

Technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Water pump hose is connected under sink (instead of floor drain) to hide from view which is a plus. Install took about 4 hours. Only issue was the hot water wasn't turned back on but a technician returned free of charge. Never did get my gift card though.
