Franc and Reid did an amazing job and showed up within the hour. They were extremely professional and pleasant and really went over and above. My sink is running perfectly and now and I would highly recommend their services!

We needed a plumbing contractor to replace our kitchen faucet, and we were fortunate to connect with Ontario Water Plumbing. They were very courteous, punctual and professional. Also, we really appreciated that they made an effort to fit us into their schedule on short notice, as we could not use our existing kitchen faucet. We gutted our house and a friend recommended Ontario water plumbing. Frank came to our house and gave us a quote for the work we needed done. We basically needed an entire new plumbing system. Frank was very helpful with ideas for placements of pipes so they didn't interfere with the design of the house. We had plumbing installed in our kitchen, a full bathroom and two powder rooms as well as an outdoor tap installed.

The work was excellent and completed in a timely manor.

My bathroom sink had always somewhat drained slowly but started to get progressively worse. I called Franc at Ontario WaterPlumbing & Heating. He updated me in the morning to let me know when I could expect his arrival. He and his apprentice cleared out the blockage and it works perfectly now. Franc is very nice to deal with. I always ask tradespeople a lot of questions as I find it interesting to learn how things work and like to get maintenance tips, etc. Franc answered all my questions, was very helpful and professional to deal with.

I moved recently and had a number of small plumbing jobs requiring attention (missing handle on main water shut off and on tap in garage, new hoses needed on washing machine). Franc responded very promptly and addressed the problems. He also noticed a minor leak from the handle to shut off my outside taps for the winter so he put in a new O-ring. Very pleasant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
