Terrible moving company. Caught them throwing our boxes to each other instead of taking them down some stairs. Almost everything we own was broken or somehow damaged including china, bookcases, pictures - the list goes on and on. Don't use them!!!.

Cracked Elliptical machine that was discovered a week later as the machine was conveniently buried amongst boxes, company would not reimburse. Did not take direction despite disorganization and lack of common sense, job took 3 hrs longer than it should have! Strangely kept jumping into my personal conversation. Very aggravating and unprofessional.

We found this place online in a pinch; the web said that they were located downtown at Bloor and Landsdowne but after we had paid a deposit, they informed us that the address was actually in Etobicoke. We moved our stuff on our own and when we got to the storage facility the employee's who helped us unload were drinking beer and smelled of alcohol. the storage units were separated by a thin wall of drywall (major fire hazard) without an enclosure on the top. during the month that we had our stuff in storage there was flooding in which our possessions were damaged. we still have not received any insurance money and they are still in possession of some of our things. The owner Roy Benipersaud repeatedly withheld the truth from us and would not return our calls. Avoid this company at all costs. I have a suspicion that the one positive review on this site was written by the owner.

I had excellent service from this moving company,I use them on a regular basis and never had any problems with them, sometimes the company isn't problem sometimes it is the customer. People who complain about their serves 75% of the time the customer is respnsible for why the moves take longer than they expect. Don't judge a company because you had a bad experience, learn from your experience and try to make it better next time. I recommend this company to all my friends and never once has any of them had a bad thing to say.

They showed up with a truck 1/2 the size of what was needed and therefore had to make two trips. They wasted all kinds of time - in fact the first thing one of the guys did was to ask for a beer - at 9:00 in the morning. We finally got the first load onto the truck at 12:30, started off for the new house and the truck caught fire. I insisted they have the truck towed to the new house instead of offloading the contents to another truck, as they suggested. We got to the new house at 2:00.

To make a long story short, it took ELEVEN hours to move a 2-bedroom house. There was a $250.00 surcharge which was not mentioned previously, plus a $75.00 charge for the use of the piano dolly. They held us up for ransom with the bill by keeping the piano on the truck until I agreed to sign the bill. $1250 for a move that should have been half that much.

They charged us for the time lost due to the truck fire!
