Electrical Repair/Trouble shooting
Exterior power outlets and kitchen light were out so we called AC as they had GREAT reviews on this site. From initial contact I could tell that this was a well run and professional group. Jim came out and was also prompt and professional. He was really quick and able to diagnose the issues very quickly. My only complaint was the pricing...I do realize that generally speaking it can be costly to get the trades out to assist when we are in need of aid...that being said, this may be a typical or even inexpensive service.

As you mentioned in your review, you appreciated our well run and professional organization. This included, having a live person to talk to when you called our office, having our trucks fully stocked with thousands of parts, dealing with our trained team, and offering the industry leading warranty of three years to life-time, on every installation.As a direct result of his extensive training and many years of experience, Jim performed a diagnosis of the circuit that was not working. After opening various points, and some investigation, he found the problem in a burnt out lamp holder of a light being powered in the faulty circuit. He eliminated a fire hazard in our home and was able to restore the circuit to a good and safe condition, in a timely manner.
We feel our prices reflect the value given and hope you sense the same thing. Thank you once again for your comments.
