As you mentioned in your review, you appreciated our well run and professional organization. We have been in business for over 25 years and it’s only because of valuable clients like you that we have been able to do that. Our mission is to be a trustworthy and efficient, residential, electrical service provider who can install and maintain systems to get them current and keep them safe. We make every effort to achieve our mission as Jim did when he came to your home. This included, having a live person to talk to when you called our office, having our trucks fully stocked with thousands of parts, dealing with our trained team, and offering the industry leading warranty of three years to life-time, on every installation.
As a direct result of his extensive training and many years of experience, Jim performed a diagnosis of the circuit that was not working. After opening various points, and some investigation, he found the problem in a burnt out lamp holder of a light being powered in the faulty circuit. He eliminated a fire hazard in our home and was able to restore the circuit to a good and safe condition, in a timely manner.
