Sammy completely renovated our TV room, installing moulding, painting, putting up a TV and threading the wires behind the walls so as to make them invisible, installing potlights, ceiling repair, door removal and frame repair.

The first thing that impressed me about Sammy was his thorough and detailed response to my initial e-mail. (Some of the other highly rated contractors on here were either too busy to reply or would not come in to do an estimate.)Prior to beginning any of the jobs, he walked through and explained to us every step of the work that needed to be done. He even took the time to educate us about some general maintenance and repair issues. I think what impressed me most about Sammy is that he takes great pride in his work. He will not walk away from a job until it's completed to his level of satisfaction. More than this, he genuinely cares about his clients and making them happy. He will also make sure that the work done is appropriate, consulting with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. That being said, we couldn't be happier with our bathroom repairs! Sammy tore down and replaced the section of ceiling over our bathtub that was cracking and installed an entire support structure to maintain it. The pot lights and the new fan he put in (which I never would've done on my own), look fantastic! Even the hole he patched in the wall outside the bathrrom (due to some plumbing repairs having been done before), looks great!! To summarize, this is an honest and trustworthy man who will do the job right at a fair price. At the end of the day, we felt like we made a friend too. Keep up the great work Sammy!

Sammy did a wonderful job on our house. He was working both upstairs and down and he was quick to get one floor finished so we weren't totally disrupted. He & Edison worked around carpet installers and even did a couple of small repairs that weren't on the list. He kept to the quoted price and was very close to the quoted time.

Sammy made some recommendations that saved us money even though it would have meant more for him. The potlights look amazing and the repair to the ceiling is great. We left him alone in our home while we were at work with no concern. He is happy if you leave the coffee pot ready to go!

We are very happy with Sammy's work and have already had people ask us about him. We would use him again and recommend him to anybody who wants a quality job done.

Samy did a few projects (renovating the office with new ceiling, potlights + electrical work, drywall; rebuilding of the front porch; removing an old fireplace in the living room; rebuilding the plumbing + tub in the laundry room) for me over the past year or so, and I will certainly continue to use his services.
