Troy L. was friendly, professional, and responsible. I was able to book the appointment for the next day and Troy recommended different solutions at varying costs without any pressure. The work he did was very well done (removal and installing thick metal wire vent covers). Later on in the evening of his work for us, after he had left to go home, we heard what we thought was a bird trapped in the venting again. Troy answered our call and drove over 30 min to come back ack to our house and take a look. I have had other companies with service guaratees that don't pick up their phone after you have paid them, but he responded right away. He rechecked his work and ended up finding a bird trapped in the downspout outside and rescued it (not his responsibility). We continued to smell a funny smell coming from our fan for a week and asked him if there was a nest or something trapped in there still. Again, he came an looked at it and double checked things (still no bird or nest, a bit of a build up of bird poop), gave us some airfreshner and things are great now. I highly recommend Troy and this company if you are in need of pest control services. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to any friend in need and I am very thankful for his help and service.

Kevin was amazing. He's very courteous and professional with a great disposition. Came out the next day and the wasp nest in my garage was killed. I will use his services again!

The GTA Pest Control service was great. Troy came to our place and took down two nests in no time. When some surviving wasps attempted to rebuild a few days later Troy came back and got rid of the new nest at no extra charge. He was a totally personable guy - lots of fun to talk to and very efficient in his work.

We weren't sure what was going on in our attic. Roy from GTA came and corrected the problem - mice. The service was great and we are very satisfied. For a while we weren't sure what it was. Now the traps are set.

I had a red squirrel chw a hole in our cedar sidig and was moving around in the walls. Troy attached a one way door over the hole and when the squirrels leaves they will not be able to return. He also put a cover over my chimney. the service was excellent and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have now used GTA Wildlife twice for insect infestations. Both times the service has been prompt and friendly. They were knowledgeable regarding the insects and their nesting habits. They also knew that sometimes second and third treatments would be necessary and came back when asked so that the problem was quickly resolved. Any additional visits were included in the cost of the service so I never felt hesitant to call, Both Kevin and Troy are awesome and provide quality work.

Kevin did pest control to my house end of April and provided a guarantee.

After a couple of months, I noticed some spiders and called the company. Kevin came home and sprayed my home again.

I thought the guarantee would not be honoured, but it was and I am a happy customer. I also wanted to enter into a contract and was advised it was not necessary. He advised that pest control should be done a "Needs" basis.

Kevin returned my initial phone call promptly, showed up when he said he would, and took care of the problem with remarkable speed and confidence. He was incredibly nice. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I had a family of skunks (7 in total) living under my shed. Called GTA Wildlife and the next day Troy showed up to help us out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and overall did a great job helping us out. The skunks have relocated and our shed is now skunk-free. We were very impressed with Troy's servcie and would definitely recommed GTA Wildlife Removal and would contact them again if need be (hopefully we don't have to :)).

We were told there are squirrels in our attic and got estimate for $1600 from other company.
