Troy L. was friendly, professional, and responsible. I was able to book the appointment for the next day and Troy recommended different solutions at varying costs without any pressure. The work he did was very well done (removal and installing thick metal wire vent covers). Later on in the evening of his work for us, after he had left to go home, we heard what we thought was a bird trapped in the venting again. Troy answered our call and drove over 30 min to come back ack to our house and take a look. I have had other companies with service guaratees that don't pick up their phone after you have paid them, but he responded right away. He rechecked his work and ended up finding a bird trapped in the downspout outside and rescued it (not his responsibility). We continued to smell a funny smell coming from our fan for a week and asked him if there was a nest or something trapped in there still. Again, he came an looked at it and double checked things (still no bird or nest, a bit of a build up of bird poop), gave us some airfreshner and things are great now. I highly recommend Troy and this company if you are in need of pest control services. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to any friend in need and I am very thankful for his help and service.
