I contacted GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control because I noticed a squirrel nest in the drain pipe area of my balcony. I spoke to Troy on the phone who answered my questions and came out the following day. He was very knowledgable, professional, answered my many questions on squirrels and other pests in general. He provided me with a lot of information and things to look for and looked after my issue. He screened my drain pipes and checked my roof to see if there were any entry points into my attic and luckily there weren't. He also removed a old bees nest in my sofit and fixed it for me. I called GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control to remove a large wasp nest hanging on a maple tree in my backyard. This is my first time calling this company, and I will definately call them again if need to in the future. Kevin sprayed my house inside in Feb. for carpenter ants and now they are gone. He came back today to do the outside areas which is included in the one year guarantee. Kevin has visited us twice to set out bait for mice throughout our home. He was on time, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and to answer all of my questions. His 90 day guarantee was very reassuring, especially since we live downtown in the city. Kevin, owner of GTA is amazing. We had small ants in the front foyer of our house. Kevin arrived on time and carrried out his spraying as he had indicated. We called him back for a second visit as we noticed some more ants upstairs. He did not charge for this second visit and was more then happy to return.
