I terminated my A/C rental agreement with this company 3 months ago. The equipment has been already return to them. However, they don't close the rental account and keep sending me bills month after months. I called the company's customer service many time to ask them close that account and let them know that I don't own them anything. Each time I call, I have to wait for the phone transfer from one agent to another. When they have someone to talk with me, they always promise to fix this issue. But eventually nothing changes. Now they are still send bills to me.

For someone who looks for renting A/C any HVAC equipment, please be advised NOT to do any business with this company.

Damaged our heat duct while installing new water heater. Came back to fix it and just smashed it around so that the vent would fit back on. Now a big gap exists between duct and wall (so heat escapes into wall ) not good service at all.

I called Reliance about a thermostat problem for my HVAC on Sunday late afternoon Sept 8 and the technician showed up on Monday at 1.00 pm to check the cause and determined that the furnace had to be shut down, and called Jason who came immediately to review the situation. Upon his explanation, I decided to replace the complete HVAC system at the earliest time. He immediately checked the available inventory of all the equipment and made me an offer that I could not refuse, booked the removal of the 14 year old HVAC and installation of the new system for today Sept 10, All works were completed by 4.00 pm to my total satisfaction. They create two accounts by mistake for me and I have two bills coming every moth. 6 months later and After numerous of calls they guarantee they fixed the issue but I still get two bills. Tired of explaining the same thing again and again to customer service

Furnace/AC has been broken since April, despite seven months of services calls they haven't fixed it and now refuse to repair it despite continuing to charge every single month.

During inspection of my old air conditioner and pricing for my new air conditioner, I was advised that all of the old equipment needed to be replaced due to the potential for contamination of the new AC system. After a price was agreed, Reliance decided to leave the old refrigerant line set in place, thereby exposing my new AC compressor to potential contamination. When I tried to have this concern addressed by the salesman, there was no response.

Yesterday, our AC failed. My husband called Alliance and within 6 hours, a representative (Lance) came to our home and gave us a quote for a replacement. We decided to go ahead and purchase a new AC unit. Less than 24 hours after the initial phone call, a technician (Mark) arrived at our home and installed the new unit for us. This all happened during the Labour Day holiday weekend!
We are so happy with the prompt and efficient way this has been handled. Good to know that old fashioned service is still around.

I imagine like many other people, my air conditioner gave up on a typically hot summer day, and, being 19 years old, I realized it had come to the end of its life cycle. All it took was one phone call for someone to come to my house and explain my options. Amazingly, someone from Reliance Home Comfort came the very next day--superb!! After a straight-forward presentation, I made my decision and the very next day, some technicians arrived to replace the old equipment. I can appreciate that any A/C failure in the summer is an emergency but the speed and efficiency with which my situation was fixed was phenomenal. The service advisor who first visited me was very kind and forthcoming, and compassionate as I had recently suffered a stroke and was currently on medical leave to recover at home. Thank you very much to everyone involved--your service level is exceptional.
